Naser M.Y. Al Belooshi became ambassador of Bahrain to the U.S. on October 3, 2005. Ambassador Al Belooshi previously served as executive director of management services at the Bahrain Monetary Agency, executive director of the Arab Monetary Fund in the United Arab Emirates, and director of economic research at the Bahrain Center for Studies and Research. In addition, Ambassador Al Belooshi lectured at various universities and colleges, including the University of Maryland’s European Division.
